first event of the day started with me and xiaojun meeting up with the philippines team to discuss about the upcoming combined car wash next week. was a little stunned when our manpower hours clearly outnumbered theirs, when we actually have less people. weak in numbers but strong in spirits! that's the way to go!

a someone told me recently,"it's not whether you can or not, it's a matter of whether you want or not."

how true. a lot of times we think it's our lack of talent that led to our failure, when in actual fact, perhaps we just didnt want success badly enough.

i also realised something, it's only when you put in the most efforts, when you gain the most.

when things dont go according to plan, do you question yourself of your own shortcomings, or would you think it's just fate? is it always fair to say: it's fate. some things are just never meant to be.

because recently, someone also told me,"god has better plans for you."

when things go wrong, the consolation to myself has always been: when you lose something, you gain something else.

i'm really okay with it, i will not be selfish. i will not ask you to stay, because i want it for your own good.

the meeting took place for a few hours, until evening time, when my 2 leaders came to pick us up to chit-chat a little and have a drink together. stayed only a little while because i had to rush off for jas's surprise party.

glad it was a real surprise party, cos she didnt expected it. haha. it was fun, wasnt it?

after her bday party, i rushed off to alex's 20th bday celebration at chinatown. stayed for an hour or so and then went walk walk with dear at boat quay area. lomantic lomantic a while by the river. has been quite a while since we have done that. i'm sorry dear, i know i have been really busy recently and neglecting you. the fatigue and stress has been making me really short tempered and irritable too..i'm so so sorry. i never meant to hurt you in any way ok?

it is late, should i say, it's really early.

the idea of bed sounds really inviting.
