car wash

waking up at 6.30am isnt that bad after all..if i make a point to sleep slightly earlier the night before that is.

fanatically washing cars these days. yesterday was rainy, business was bad but the donations we got more than made up for it.

today was bright and sunny, business was good, too good at times. more than what the lack of manpower could dealt with. at 12-2pm, there were only me and fengyi. we were frantically trying to get the cars leaving at 2pm washed. nonetheless all turned out great. we ended the day with many many helpers, many of which dont even belong to the project. they just came along to help..all for charity! oh yea thanks JAS, for helping me out. haha sorry i made you wash cars all alone by yourself. :X

and thanks to alex too, our star waterboy of the day. transporting pails of water up and down, with an injured leg, and was in the end late for his appointment.

we were all very happy at the end of the day, albeit being exceptionally tired and hungry, since most of us actually skipped lunch. but after we looked at how much we actually earned for the day, we were all pretty motivated. haha.

it is worth it, as long as you think it's worth it.

2 down, 3 more to go. time to rest my fatigued legs.
