otherwise, working has been pretty okay so far. i'm allocated to one of the toughest station in the booth, where the phones can receive tv broadcast. there are a lot of technicalities involved, but i've slowly picked up over the days, and the engineers helped a fair bit. the korean engineers were really very nice people, patiently answering my hundred and one questions to me on the first day. now now i'm proud to say i can manage well on my own, although there's just one more day left haha.
met a lot of the staff i used to work with in docomo for the past 2 years. their stand is just next to ours. and i'm soo happy they remember me! it was nice seeing them again..though it has been a while...just feel warm being able to see familiar faces again.
met a lot of interesting people, especially today. familiar faces of photographers i've worked with, clifford who is working at broadcast asia, johnny whom i've met during the motorshow/miss chinatown/msu/tiger live event..i just dont know why we keep bumping into each other!!!...chatted a little with this cambodian guy and he was rather impressed that i've been to his country before haha. these 2 angmohs, one from barcelona and one from paris, both countries which i've been to a few weeks ago. a great eastern agent, a prudential agent, the boss of a IT company...all of which tried to recruit me when they found out i'm a fresh grad. it's really interesting...
me and my mobile broadcast station
me and wonderrrrfullll satellite tv phone that is only launched in korea and can only be used there. well well...one day in the near future, we're gonna have that kind of cool gadget too..
laura and rochelle having their breaks in our tiny staff room
