the rainy season is definitely in. the early afternoons are usually blistering hot these days, followed by bleak, gloomy rain in the late afternoons. lala..i like. i like the rain.

ok back to earth. havent been blogging because i'm tied down to projects, (sorry terence n ck!), reports, revisions, meetings and miscellaneous matters, which are probably more interesting to talk about.

sat was bro's bday. happy 24th birthday brother! may you grow fatter! his honkie gf flew over from aussie to meet him! how sweet! we had lunch together, then me, mum and sis went shopping. i LOVE shopping with mum, haha. so i bought a top from mango, a pair of heels from far east, nail polish and orange blusher from the FACE shop, and shortlisted a lot of i-will-come-back-and-get-you (if my wallet permits) items, like this hot shorts that mum die die also wont buy for me. quoting her,"yiming, ni yi jing 21 sui liao, ke yi wear xiang yang yi dian ma (ym u're already 21, can you wear sth more decent.)" -roll eyes-

i realised i really missed shopping. i dont even mind just browsing through clothes, shoes or accessories without buying anything. shopping is a joy by itself. hah, bet this is something most guys cannot agree with me on!

when mum comments that something is nice, i'll go,"ni xi huan bu shi mai lor! (you like then you buy lor)" and then she'll say..there are some things in life that are meant to be admired; you dont have to possess it.

hmm. words of wisdom. beautiful sceneries, lovely paintings, majestic architecture..or just merely flowers by the road side, you cant possibly possess them, but as long as you appreciate their exquisite beauty at the moment, it's enough, isnt it...

and monday..i went for my slimming ad audition. oh well chances of getting it arent high, simply cos i'm not busty enough. haha. think i'll a bit too skinny for it. anyway managed to get some of the photos i took for the photo shoot a yr ago. i really looked much chubbier then. good or bad?
